He has a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals and property developers. Vance has recently acted in connection with the sale of a £2.4m country estate in Surrey as well as assisting a local company with the acquisition and subsequent commercial refinancing of a High Street redevelopment comprising mixed retail and residential units.
Vance also acts for a number of individuals and businesses in connection with a wide range of landlord and tenant matters including new leases and lease renewals of commercial premises. He has helped a number of business owners in taking out their very first lease of commercial premises and takes pride in his ability to explain matters in a straightforward way.
He takes a very personal and proactive approach to his work and ensures that all parties are kept up to date. This personal service has proved invaluable to our clients and ensures their transaction is as stress-free as possible. Outside of work Vance sits as a Magistrate in West Sussex and enjoys a range of sports including cricket and rugby as well as walking his rather mischievous beagle!
